Kirai looked up at the sky as snow started to fall. She wasn't visiting, she was just standing there waiting. "My, it's certainly gotten colder," the young woman commented clutching her arms.

Rinami caught a snowflake on her tongue as she walked up to Kirai. "Hey Kirai! What are you doin' out here in the cold?" she asked.

Chase wandered in, standing beside her, also looking around. He popped a minty bubble. "Indeed it has." He agreed, standing beside her in a short sleeve shirt, his scars, burns, and the new line of stitches clearly visible.

"Waiting for Hikami?" He asked, curious as to why she was there. "He usually pops up in the randomest of places."

The clacking of Celestine's heeled boots echoed in the shrines. Walking toward the group of three, gripping the gun hidden in his inner coat pocket.

"Oh hello everyone," Kirai said turning around to face them," Well this is awkward.." Kirai said handing a wrapped gift to Rinami, which happened to be a frying pan," I'm sorry I didn't get you anything Chase, I didn't know you were going to be here. On a lighter mood, happy holidays!" Kirai said sheepishly.

Chase held up a hand, popping a bubble and blowing off her apology. "It's fine, I didn't want anything, anyway." He said, sliding open his phone and texting rapidly on it.

"Merry Christmas to you, too." He added.

Celestine stopped a few feet behind them, letting out a loud cackle.

Rinami accepted the gift given to her. "Thanks!" she said happily, turning to everyone. "I didn't know what to get everyone, so I just bought some candy canes," Rinami said, pulling out a box of said candy canes.

Chase chuckled, "Thanks." He said, pocketing his.

"Mm thanks," Kirai said taking the candy canes absentmindedly, she had really gotten Rinami a frying pan so she would cook her meals.

"Whats wrong? You seem kinda sad," Rinami said, glancing at Kirai.

Celestine fired a shot in between the group, hitting a mosoleum, he let out a loud cackle afterward.

((Ah yes, I remember the most recent school dance: Wearing all black, sulking in the corner with 14 different lollipops in my mouth, taking pictures of a guy named Matt, and helping Willy Wonka find love))

"Sad? Why would you say something like that?" Kirai asked looking at Rinami, she noticed that Celestine was also there."Oh hi Celestine, what do you get Rinami for the holidays?" she said, quickly changing the subject.

Celestine cackled, "I got her a gift back in my dorm". Celestine waved the gun in the air.

((Kirai, you took pictures of Matt? It's settled, you ARE his stalker!))

Rinami chuckled; everyone didn't seem at all surprised that they almost got shot.

Celestine fired one more shot, it hit a tree relatively close to the group.

((No I'm not! I got a picture of him with a paper snowman))

Kirai looked at where Celestine shot," What are you aiming at?" she asked nonchalantly," Why do you even have a gun?"

((Oh I remember that now!))

Rinami spotted several bullet holes in the wall.
I hope we don't have to pay to repair those, she thought.

Celestine looked at the Warden, "Oh, nothing really. Just firing". Celestine pulled two small boxes from his coat pockets, "Here are your gifts". He had gotten Rinami a silver necklace with her name on the pendant, and Kirai a book on psychology.

"Thanks, it's beautiful!" Rinami said, putting on the necklace Celestine gave her. "What did you get?" she asked curiously, looking at the gift in Kirai's hands.

"Well that's one way to kick off the holidays." Kirai said," Thank you for the gift." She pocketed the small box, to open on the actualy day of Christmas.
